Hey there, I'm Amy.

I'm an award-winning editor based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I specialize in shaping stories across commercials, documentaries, narrative films, music videos, and branded content, always searching for the emotional heart of every project. My editing has been recognized by Screen Nova Scotia, Women in Film & Television Atlantic, and Canadian Cinema Editors.

By day, I'm a Senior Editor at Accomplice Content Supply Co. Outside of Accomplice, I freelance as a film editor and I co-founded A+B Roll Filmswith my creative partner, Brittney Gavin. Together, we write, direct, and produce original documentary and narrative films, including Cold Dip and Apex: The Black Masters, both recipients of the Screen Nova Scotia Award for Best Documentary. Our latest short film, Dough Man, will premiere on the film festival circuit soon.

No matter the project, I'm drawn to stories that are honest, character-driven, and emotionally resonant. I believe the best editing doesn't just shape a story—it uncovers it.
